Morotskaka

Because cooking is a kind of Art, because the greatest cookers are as crazy as abstract painters and because I'm greedy, cooking had to be on my blog.

A funny name for a delicious greediness. Morotskaka. A small amber square covered by an unctuous shinny and white mousse. You should know that carott is a ingredient of this meal. You should know also that swedish people eat healthly and use nice vegetable in meals which can afraid us. Please, don't.

Morotskaka is a sens explosion. When the light mousse meets the carott heart in your mouth, you smile of pleasure. Morotskaka is not a fat and heavy sugar stuff like a big part of chocolate cake (I dare, I love it too but...) or dry dog biscuit. It gives you a nice time, a taste that you never forget.

You can find it in many coffee, even big chains (so good in Waynee's) and if you are lucky there will be a half strawberry on.

If you go to Stockholm, don't forget to test and give me news about it. :)
